We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the event industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Must Have
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
